Refund Policy

All sales are final on apparel unless items were damaged during shipping. There are no returns or exchanges. We are not at fault for wrong size selection. We appreciate the business and support of our customers and would love to hear any concerns about orders or our products.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and Exchanges Policy (if applicable): 

If by any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you purchased from Cartez, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for exchange only. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for an exchange.

 We reserve the right to accept a return. We may also require a restocking fee for item(s) being returned. Additionally, the shipping costs for the returned item(s) will not be refunded by Cartez. Please contact us via email at breon.matlock@yahoo.com prior to your return.

 Sale items (if applicable): 

Only regular priced items may be eligible for an exchange, unfortunately sale items and pre-sale items are final sale and are excluded from this policy.
